Using Outcome Harvesting for Project Evaluations
When our project, INSPIRED+, came to an end, it was time to choose a method of evaluation to assess what outcomes our project had contributed to and to see what lessons we can learn in order to improve our approach. A method that stood out to us, was Outcome Harvesting. One reason we chose this was the complexity of INSPIRED+, taking place in nine countries, with very different socio-economic backgrounds and multiple stakeholders. We wanted to find something that best captures our project’s impact in all its complexity. Wishing to highlight the impact of social actors, we decided Outcome Harvesting can help us gauge any behaviour changes that our project impacted.
