Thibaut Matton

Finance and Administration Officer

Thibaut Matton has been a Finance and Administration Officer at the European Partnership for Democracy (EPD) since March 2026. He has several years of experience in the private and public sectors managing the financial, administrative and operational implementation of EU-funded democracy support and development cooperation projects. Prior to joining EPD, he worked as a Senior Project & Finance Officer at the European Centre for Electoral Support (ECES), where he managed project finances, procurement, donor compliance and budget monitoring. He also gained experience with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES), and the Belgian Red Cross. He holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and Cultural Diplomacy.
