Simon Eslinger

Programmes Manager
Simon serves as Programmes Manager for the European Partnership for Democracy (EPD), focused on advancing democracy support initiatives within the Eastern Partnership region. He currently leads EPD’s efforts to foster civil society participation in policy dialogue in Moldova and Armenia. Simon holds a BA in Political Studies from Sciences Po Bordeaux, where his research focused on the role of European institutions in driving democratic reforms in Ukraine. He has further expanded his expertise with three Master’s degrees: in Comparative Politics of Eurasia from the Higher School of Economics, in Evaluation and Management of Social Policies from Université Grenoble Alpes, and in International Human Rights Law from Nantes University. Before joining EPD, Simon began his career with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Moldova and the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE).
