Léa Aleyna Fournier

Léa Aleyna Fournier is a Policy and Programme Assistant at the European Partnership for Democracy (EPD). Prior to joining EPD, she worked as a consultant at the OECD, focusing on youth empowerment and intergenerational justice, and contributing to the development and launch of the OECD Youth Policy Toolkit. She has gained experience in international security and policy development through her work with the UNHCR and the International Refugee Rights Association. She holds a Master’s degree in International Security from Sciences Po Paris, with a specialisation in intelligence as well as the MENA region. A native French and Turkish speaker, she has also lived in Türkiye, France, Azerbaijan and Zambia. She is passionate about empowering young people and advancing democratic governance through innovative policy solutions.
