INSPIRED+ 2.0

On going
Dec 2025 – Nov 2029

INSPIRED+ 2.0 is a four-year project implemented in Bolivia, Cabo Verde, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Pakistan, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Uzbekistan, Nepal, Bangladesh, and Cambodia. It aims to promote the full realisation of human rights — including civil, political, economic, social, and cultural rights — by strengthening the implementation of 27 international conventions related to human rights, labour rights, environmental protection, and good governance. The project supports civil society actors to monitor, report, and advocate for compliance with conventions linked to the European Union’s Generalised Scheme of Preferences Plus (GSP+) trade scheme, working in coordination with national authorities and international bodies. INSPIRED+ 2.0 applies the European Partnership for Democracy’s Integrated Support Programme for Inclusive Reform and Democratic Dialogue (INSPIRED) approach. The project is led by Club de Madrid in partnership with the European Partnership for Democracy (EPD), Accountability Lab Nepal, and Accountability Lab Pakistan.
