Emile joined EPD as the team leader for AHEAD Ivory Coast in 2025. As a passionate electoral expert and citizen of Benin, he has 15 years of experience in election-related matters. Prior to joining EPD, he worked as an Operations Expert for electoral initiatives in various countries, including Kenya, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Guinea, Mali, Tanzania, and Burundi. He holds a Master’s degree in Private Law, as well as a Master’s degree and a DUT in Election Management. His commitment to the electoral field is driven by the belief that free and fair elections are essential to strengthening democracy and promoting sustainable development. He aspires to continue contributing to the advancement of electoral processes and improving election management practices at both regional and continental levels.
