The Association of World Election Bodies (A-WEB) launched today its “Capacity building training for middle level electoral officials”. The training is held in Incheon from 21 to 28 March 2016 and will focus on four different topics:

  • Challenges on election phases
  • Leadership and elections reforms
  • Political inclusiveness in democratic transitions
  • Election conflicts and prevention management

The European Centre for Electoral Support (ECES) will co-facilitate this training as the first concrete outcome of the Memorandum of Understanding signed with A-WEB on 18 January 2016.
