EPD member organisation ECES (the European Centre for Electoral Support) is looking for an Evaluation Expert to conduct a mid-term evaluation within the framework of its project PACTE-Burkina Faso (Projet d’Appui à la Crédibilité et à la Transparence des Elections au Burkina Faso ( The objective of the project is to support free and fair elections in the country through capacity building. The evaluation expert will measure the project’s relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, impact and viability.  For more information about the post, please click here.
